Nothing too much trouble, I had a comfortable stay and will be back. Reasonably clean place, staff was attentive. Central location close enough to the Appletrees to anyone and Bus Station at bottom of town one way, it was in a lovely area. Besides, the hotel was not very far from Derwent Pencil Museum. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, excellent WiFi and a lounge. The view of the surrounding hills from the window was magnificent.

I booked a top-notch room with more than enough space and a lounge area, it was good sized too. The location was perfect and magnificent, next to town centre and the lake, and bars in Keswick and easily accessible.

The location is perfect and lovely and they have parking on street. Helpful and pleasant people are working there. Cereals and fresh fruit for breakfast are a plus.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the location left something to be desired. It was difficult to find and quite far from the town center. While there were some nice touches like homemade cake and a sitting room, the breakfast was lackluster and the bathroom was in need of updating. There was also no view to speak of.

Excellent
I recently stayed at a B&B in a picturesque location with outstanding mountain views. The panoramic view from the lounge bay window was breathtaking. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the showers were electrically powered, ensuring I never had to wait for hot water. The hosts, Catherine and her husband, went above and beyond to ensure I had a marvelous holiday. I highly recommend this B&B.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had all the amenities needed including towels and toiletries, which was a plus. Location was also good with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The view from the window was breathtaking and made it worth our stay.
The customer service was not up to par. We had trouble with the check-in process and had to wait a while before being attended to.

The hosts at this B&B were simply amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We also loved the small touches like having our requested condiments on the table at breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and walking trails.

We had the most amazing stay at this B&B! The views were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking mountain views right outside our window. The location was perfect, with the lake just a stone's throw away and beautiful parks nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. We also loved the homely atmosphere and the little touches like homemade cookies in our room.
While our stay was fantastic overall, there were a couple of minor issues. our shower had a non-directional flow, making it a bit tricky to get fully wet.
